This ensures that the audience can understand the importance of taking stress off of the body, how to increase your energy and productivity, and be able to breathe easier as you go through your day! She will then show how to implement the ‘Simple Five’ into your day. These are called ‘Simple’ because they don’t take up a lot of time or cost a lot of money! Now that’s Simple!!
