Sabrina Schottenhamel is a Licensed Massage Therapist and Speaker. She

is passionate for the work she does to help the audience thrive in

their lives. With her educational programs and traveling massage, she

provides exceptional value and convenience to her audience and

clients.

 

Sabrina’s passion for self care and massage, allows her to share her
message through presentations and workshops. Her speaking topics

include; Self Care Made Simple and Effective Stretches for the Office

Worker. These presentations focus on stress management, self care,

increasing daily productivity, and overall happiness! She also tells

her transformation story of overcoming shyness with Keys to Unlock

Your Speaking Abilities.

 

In April of 2013 Sabrina joined the Woodridge Toastmasters club to

conquer her fears of public speaking and to improve her communication

skills. In 2016 she won the “Best Speaker” award within her club. Then

in April of 2019, Sabrina was awarded the Col. Jill Morgenthaler

“Rising Speaker Star” award with the National Speakers Association, IL

Chapter.

 

Sabrina connects with her audience using her unique skills, past

experience, and positive attitude. Her goal when speaking is to

educate by sharing her joy and passion.

 

Sabrina’s Fun Facts and Hobbies:

 

Sabrina gets excited about Sunrises, Sunsets, Rainbows, Warm rain,

walking outside, exercise, and dance. She grew up as a ballerina and

now she has a love for keeping her body in shape with Pole Dance for

Fitness. Actually she enjoys being active in general.

 

She’s happily married since 07/06/07. She also enjoys traveling,

drinking wine, smiling and laughing, talking, listening to her husband

play guitar, relaxing outside, waking up to birds singing, listening

to live music on warm Summer evenings, and most of all Love! Love is

where its at…

 

Sabrina is creative and found that she does best to express herself

when art is involved - painting and coloring, dancing, massage

therapy, and public speaking.

 

Her work ethic is solid. She works hard so she can play even harder.

She has a family of entrepreneurs; her parents own a balloon

decorating business, her older sister is an esthetician and author,

and her younger sister is a hair stylist. Her grandparents were

beekeepers; mostly as their hobby but treated it as a business.
