MISSION

Sabrina’s mission is to enable introverted tweens to harness their confidence, stand in their quiet power & speak with LOVE & KINDNESS. Changing the future generations one student at a time. 🫶🏼

GOALS

  • Empower middle school aged students, (especially introverts) to speak up when they have something to say.

  • Share a positive message to reach the hearts of the youth.

  • Spread kindness to lift of others with words of encouragement to soften the effects of negativity in our society.

  • Instill greatness in to each student

  • Embrace their uniqueness

SOLUTIONS

We can learn to stand together, own our power and grow without limitations; with the support of the workshops, videos and community of based on being ‘Quietly Rooted’.

Sabrina Schottenhamel (Shot - ten - ham - el) is a licensed massage therapist, introverted leader and professional speaker.

She has been a Massage Therapist since 2004 and has been speaking professionally since 2013, delivering keynotes and workshops. Her passion for health and wellness compelled her to share her message with a larger audience. This has become a perfect blend; with the healing touch of her hands, and speaking with the power of her voice to share her wealth of knowledge.

In 2013 she decided to join the Woodridge Toastmasters club to overcome her fears of public speaking. Then in 2015, Sabrina won the Best Speaker of the Year Award!!

Sabrina has spoken to colleges, universities, libraries, professional organizations across the state, and now volunteers as a speaker for an educational organization.

She is also a member of, Engaging Speakers and recently had several articles published for Skin Inc. and DaySpa magazines, and her newest article in the Sparkle & Rise digital magazine.

Sabrina’s Fun Facts and Hobbies:

 Sabrina gets excited about sunrises, sunsets, rainbows, warm rain, walking outside (nature in general), exercise, and dance. She grew up as a ballerina and now she has a love for keeping her body in shape with pole dance for fitness. Actually she enjoys all fitness and being active everyday.

She’s happily married since 07/06/07. She also enjoys traveling, drinking wine, smiling and laughing, talking, listening to her husband play guitar, relaxing outside, waking up to birds singing, listening to live music on warm Summer evenings, and most of all Love! Love is where its at…

Sabrina is creative and found that she does best to express herself the art; painting and coloring, dancing, massage therapy, and public speaking.

Her work ethic is solid. Sabrina works hard so she can play even harder. She has a family of entrepreneurs; her parents own a balloon decorating business (actually they retired in 2020) now her younger sister is running the business along with being a part time hair stylist, and her older sister is a licensed esthetician and author. Her grandparents were beekeepers; mostly as their hobby but treated it as a business.
